General Information We are open Tuesday-Saturday for dinner only, and are closed on Sundays We are open on an occasional
Monday, often for special events, holidays and conventions. Please refer to
the Events Calendar for openings. The restaurant can also be reserved for luncheons of
20 or more guests. Always
feel free to speak to our Reservation team, who can clarify your options for
you.
Reservations are required. Our reservation office is open Monday 10:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m. and
on Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please call
773 248-6228 and we will be happy to assist you. All confirmations must
be made via fax or phone.
We accept reservations up to four months in advance and suggest that you
call as far ahead as possible. For the greatest availability, please call 10-12
weeks in advance for weekend reservations and three-four weeks ahead for weekday
reservations. If unable to make a reservation, we suggest that you call after 2
p.m. on the day you are interested in joining us to inquire about cancellations.
We will call to reconfirm at least 48 hours prior
to your reservation. In the event that we are unable to reach you, we ask
that you call us to confirm your reservation.
Jackets are required for gentlemen, but ties are optional. You should plan on
2 1/2 - 3 hours for your dining experience.
Charlie Trotter's is a smoke free restaurant and we do not
serve cocktails. We offer wines by the glass, aperitifs, and a complete wine list with
over 1,800 selections as well as cognacs, cordials, and digestives.
Please note that we have disability access on our first floor only. If you
need special assistance with access, please inform our reservationist when
making your reservation.
